NGOs, partners, and the public can submit nominations through the official awards website.
Detailed nomination forms will be available, requiring comprehensive information about the NGO's projects and impact.
There will be on ground activation to sensitise more NGOs

Judges will evaluate the nominations based on predefined criteria.
A shortlist of finalists will be announced, featuring the top five contenders in each award category.

Profiles of the shortlisted NGOs will be published on the awards website, media partners and social media platforms.
The public will have the opportunity to vote, contributing to the final decision.

Final winners will be selected based on the combined scores from judges and public votes based on the ratio of 60:40 per cent, with 60 per cent of scores based on the public vote and 40 per cent on judges scores.

Winners will be announced at a grand awards ceremony. The prestigious event to celebrate the winners will feature keynote speeches from prominent figures in the sector.
Extensive media coverage to highlight the achievements of the winning NGOs and promote their work to a broader audience.
